What's a max bid?

Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, vertical pinback, the obverse consisting of a enameled stylized parachute with Wehrmacht tricolour designs through the canopy, unmarked, measuring 16 mm (w) x 27 mm (h), accompanied by its period original package of issue, constructed of wax paper, the exterior bearing a maker’s mark of “G. BREGONZIO, INCISIONI MEDAGLIE DISTINTIVI, MILANO”, measuring 35 mm (w) x 70 m (h), in overall near extremely fine condition.
