What's a max bid?

(Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe). Constructed of zink, the obverse with an oval oak leaf wreath with a ribbon on the bottom and a Luftwaffe eagle with outspread wings on the top, with a cloud towards the top and a lightning bolt striking the ground, the reverse with a barrel hinge and banjo-style pinback, maker marked with “R.K.” for Richard Karneth, Gablonz, measuring 43.30 mm (w) x 56.29 mm (h), weighing 26.4 grams, missing its catch, otherwise in near very fine condition.
