What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching dual lightning bolts in its talons, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, with dual visible rivets holding the obverse eagle in place, maker marked “IMME & SOHN, BERLIN”, measuring 43.50 mm (w) x 52.86 mm (h), weighing 34.6 grams, minor loss of silver finish evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
