What's a max bid?

(Flak-Kampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe). Constructed of silvered zink, presenting as an oval oak leaf wreath, with a Luftwaffe eagle on top of the badge clutching a mobile swastika, with a Flak 88 facing towards the top right and extending past the edge of the wreath, reverse with a needle-style pinback on a ball-hinge meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 44.63 mm (w) x 64.86 mm (h) and weighing 27.6 g, in near extremely fine condition.
