What's a max bid?

Constructed of nickel-silver, with a richly-detailed, oak leaf wreath bearing a stylized “J-1” type Luftwaffe eagle clutching a hand-filed mobile swastika, the reverse presents a barrel hinge accommodating a absent vertical pinback with a missing round wire catch, two rivets at the top half of the reverse of the wreath securely hold the obverse eagle in position, the obverse of the eagle is stamped with a maker’s mark of C.E. Juncker, Berlin, measuring 53.96 mm (h) x 52.83 mm (w), weighing 42.4 grams, and in near extremely fine condition
