What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered and patinated tombak, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by a mobile swastika, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching dual lightning bolts, the reverse with two visible rivets holding the eagle in place, with a barrel hinge and round wire catch, maker marked “CEJ” for C.E. Juncker, Berlin, measuring 40.85 mm (w) x 52.22 mm (h), weighing 24.2 grams, missing its pinback, a “narrow wreath” variant in very fine condition.
