What's a max bid?

Struck in zinc alloy, measuring 82 mm. Well executed medallion in high relief, showing troops in action on reverse, and view of Dusseldorf on front. Dated 1939. Impressive looking medallion, however golden gilt is worn, otherwise in good condition.
