(Ehrenschild für besondere Leistungen im Luftgau Norwegen). Constructed of blackened bronze, the obverse with a central inscription of “FÜR BESONDERE LEISTUNG - DER KOMMANDIERENDE GENERAL UND BEFEHLSHABER IM LUFTGAU NORWEGEN” (“FOR SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS - THE COMMANDING GENERAL OF AIR DISTRICT NORWAY”), topped by a Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, above a deer mounted by a humanoid figure, the reverse with a clip and nail slot for hanging, marked with issue number “703” and bearing a maker’s mark of “KUSU, OSLO”, measuring 110 mm (w) x 150 mm (h), minor oxidation evident, in overall extremely fine condition.
