What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilt bronze; the obverse consisting of a laurel wreath with nine oak leaves on either side, with a central upward-pointing winged arrow and a static swastika at the base of the wreath; with a star hanger suspended from the base of the clasp; the reverse plain, with a horizontal pinback, a barrel hinge, and a round wire catch; measuring 75.77 mm (w) x 25.79 mm (h); weighing 20.0 grams; in overall better than very fine condition.
