Klasse mit Schwertern) by a well-known maker; multi-piece construction; maltesian cross in gilded silver and well preserved white enamels; with four national eagles (Hoheitszeichen) between the arms of the cross; on a loop for suspension (market “21” for Godet & Co. and “900” for silver content); on a period-original ribbon with a horizontal pinback sewn onto the reverse; measuring 45.04 mm x 45.02 mm; weighing 24.1 grams; extremely fine condition, with only light contact marks on the enamels
