What's a max bid?

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

A Verdienstorden vom Deutschen Adler; in bronze gilt and white enamels; the obverse a Maltese cross in fine white enamels, with German eagles clutching a gilt swastika in a bed of white enamels; gilt crossed swords on the centre; the reverse also in white enamels; horizontally-pierced ball for ribbon suspension; on correct replacement ribbon; better than very fine condition.

Footnote: The Order of the German Eagle was a honorary award predominantly awarded to prominent foreigners (particularly diplomats).
