What's a max bid?

(Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter). Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse presents with a circular applique bearing a static black enameled swastika within a gilded ring inscribed “Der Deutschen Mutter” (The German Mother), with all four arms of the cross edged in white enamels with solid blue panels, the reverse stamped with the date of implementation “10 Dezember 1938” and the signatures of the Führer and Reichskanzler, measuring 24.5 mm (h) x 18 mm (w), suspended from a period original bow-tie ribbon, in very fine condition.
