(Ehrenkreuze der Deutschen Mutter). A lot of Honour Crosses of the German Mother in all three grades, each constructed of bronze with applicable finishes and multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from period original ribbons, consisting of Latin Crosses, the obverse of each with blue and white enameled arms, with central black swastikas on white enameled discs, circumscribed by raised inscriptions of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse of each with an etched institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a facsimile of the Führer, all unmarked and measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), with some loss of finish and flecking of enamels evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
