Germany, Third Reich. A Lot of Honour Crosses of the German Mother, All Grades

(Ehrenkreuze der Deutschen Mutter). A mixed lot of three Honour Crosses of the German Mother, in Bronze, Silver, and Gold Grades, all constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels and applicable exterior finishes, on loops for suspension from period original ribbons, all consisting of Latin Crosses with stylized sun rays joining the quadrants, the obverse of each with blue and white enameled arms, with central white enameled medallions bearing black swastikas, all circumscribed by raised inscriptions of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse of each bearing engraved institution dates of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and signatures of the Führer, all measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), the Silver and Gold Grade awards demonstrating multiple chips to the enamels, a complete set in overall fair condition.
