(Ehrenkreuze der Deutschen Mutter). A lot of three Honour Crosses of the German Mother, each constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, one with a silvered finish and one with a gilded finish, on loops for suspension from period original ribbons, all consisting of a Latin Cross with blue and white enameled arms, the obverse of each with a black enameled swastika on a white enameled background, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse of each with an institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a facsimile of the Führer’s signature, all unmarked and measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in overall near extremely fine condition.
