(Ehrenkreuz der Deutschen Mutter in Bronze mit Miniatur). Constructed of bronze with multi-coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with blue and white enameled arms, with a central black enameled swastika on a white enameled background, circumscribed by a raised inscription of “DER DEUTSCHEN MUTTER” (“TO THE GERMAN MOTHER”), the reverse with an institution date of “16. DEZEMBER 1938” and a facsimile of the Führer, measuring 36 mm (w) x 46 mm (h), in better than very fine condition, accompanied by its miniature, of identical construction and composition, on loop for suspension from its period original bowtie ribbon, the reverse marked with code “L/11” for maker C. Balmberger, Nürnberg, measuring 16 mm (w) x 22 mm (h), in very fine condition.
