What's a max bid?

Germany, DRK. A Cross of Honour of the German Red Cross, I Class

(Ehrenzeichen des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes I. Klasse). Instituted 18 April 1922. (1934-1936 issue). Constructed of gilded silver with enamels, consisting of a Geneva Cross with white enameled arms, the obverse overlaid by a black enameled German national eagle with featuring and details highlighted in gilt, in turn overlaid by a white enameled shield bearing a red Geneva Cross, the twelve o’clock arm with an integral loop connecting to a stylized oak leaf suspension ring, retaining a period original length of neck ribbon, the suspension loop marked with a silver content number of “800” and and an additional illegible mark, measuring 53.48 mm (w) x 57.98 mm (h), weighing 44.0 grams, chips are visible to the corners of the six and twelve o’clock arms on both the obverse and reverse with evident attempts at repair, in overall very fine condition.
