What's a max bid?

A bronze, square award plaque displaying a national eagle bearing the HJ diamond, inscribed above with “LEISTUNGSSCHAU DER THÜR.HITLER-JUNGEND 1939” (“SHOWCASE OF THE THÜRINGEN HJ 1939”), inscribed below with “DEM SIEGER” (“THE WINNER”), the reverse presents the etching “Neuhaus a.R.” (“Neuhaus am Rennweg”) and the date “13.-15. Jan.,” maker mark “BREHMER MARKNEUKIRCHEN,” measures 72 mm (w) x 80.5 mm (h), and in good condition, accompanied by period original presentation case constructed of burgundy coloured leather, presenting an interior bed made of blue wool, measures 9.8 cm (w) x 12.3 cm (h), and in good condition.
