A round medal in gilt feinzink; in its presentation case; constructed of heavy pressed cardstock with a faux leather (leatherette) leopard print; lined interior lid with a recessed medal bed; intact interior fabric hinge cover, with a functional stud release and functional exterior metal hinge; the bottom of the case maker marked “B.H. Mayer’s Hof-Kunstprägeanstalt, Pforzheim”; measuring 78 mm (w) x 78 mm (h); in overall better than extremely fine condition.
