A pair of proficiency badges, including a Deutsches Jungvolk (DJ) Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a Sig rune, overlaid by a central mobile swastika, within a circular ring bearing an inscription of “FÜR LEISTUNGEN IM D.J,” (“FOR MERIT IN THE H.J.”), the reverse with a vertical pinback, stamped with an issue number of “115058” and marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/15” for Ferdinand Hoffstätter, Bonn, measuring 29.60 mm (w) x 44.19 mm (h), weighing 9.7 grams, with loss of finish throughout, in very fine condition, and; a HJ Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of cupal, the obverse consisting of a Tyr rune, overlaid by a central mobile swastika, within a circular ring bearing a raised inscription of “FÜR LEISTUNGEN IN DER H.J.”, the reverse with a vertical pinback, stamped with an issue number of “203605”, marked with an RZM logo and maker code “M1/101” for Gustav Brehmer, Markneukirchen, 29.92 mm (w) x 51.41 mm (h), weighing 8.1 grams, in extremely fine condition.
