What's a max bid?

Constructed of silvered cupal, the obverse consisting of a Tyr run overlaid by a mobile swastika, circumscribed by a ring bearing a raised inscription of “FÜR LEISTUNGEN IN DER H.J.” (“FOR PROFICIENCY IN THE HJ”), the reverse with a vertical pinback, with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “M1/63” for Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, with an issue number of “117930”, measuring 29.50 mm (w) x 51.40 mm (h), weighing 9.0 grams, some loss of finish apparent, with evidence of pinback repair, in overall very fine condition.
