What's a max bid?

A Volksdeutsche Bewegung (Ethnic German Movement) Luxemburg Honour Badge, constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a white enameled shield bearing a red enameled Luxembourgian national lion, circumscribed by an inscription of “VDB LUXEMBURG”, topped by a raised mobile swastika flanked by oak leaves, the reverse with a block hine and tapering vertical pinback meeting a flat wire catch, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), some flecking of enamels and loss of silver finish evident, in overall better than very fine condition.
