What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Constructed of silvered bronze with multi-coloured enamels, the obverse with a central raised depiction of a mother holding a child, inside of a white enameled cross bearing initials “RDH” for “REICHSFACHSCHAFT DEUTSCHER HEBAMMEN” (“REICH ASSOCIATION OF GERMAN MIDWIVES”), surrounded by a ring of blue enamel with an inscription of “IM DIENSTE DER ZUKUNFT UNSERES VOLKES” (“IN THE SERVICE OF THE FUTURE OF OUR PEOPLE”), the reverse with a horizontal pinback, marked “DOUBL.”, measuring 42 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
