What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, consisting of a diamond-shaped oak leaf border, with a white enameled background bearing a central gilt NSKOV insignia, the reverse with a vertical pinback, unmarked, measuring 33.55 mm (w) x 44.43 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
