What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Constructed of silver, on laurel branch suspension with its period original ribbon with snap button, the obverse with a raised depiction of Minerva clutching a spear and shield, the reverse with an inscription of “KAISER WILHELM GESELLSCHAFT ZUR FÖRDERUNG DER WISSENSCHAFTEN” (“KAISER WILHELM INSTITUTE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF SCIENCE”), unmarked, measuring 34.65 mm (w) x 55.88 mm (h), weighing 21.4 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
