What's a max bid?

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Buyer's Premium

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

(Kolonialabzeichen). Instituted 18 April 1922. (1922-1939 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze, vertical pinback, the obverse bearing a central raised and detailed elephant, within a circular ring bearing an inscription of “SÜDSEE - AFRIKA - KIAUTSCHOU”, joined together at the bottom by oak leaf branches, the reverse bearing an issue number of “33992”, in overall near extremely fine condition.

Footnote: The Colonial Badge was issued to all German personnel who, during the First World War, fulfilled any administrative or military roles in German colonies.
