(Erinnerungsmedaille für Rettung aus Gefahr der Republik Preußen). Constructed of silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse with a central Prussian eagle circumscribed by an inscription of “REPUBLIC PREUSSEN” (“PRUSSIAN REPUBLIC”), the reverse with an inscription of “FÜR RETTUNG AUS GEFAHR” (“FOR RESCUE FROM DANGER”) inside of an oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 25.01 mm in diameter, weighing 8.7 grams (inclusive of ribbon), in near extremely fine condition.
