What's a max bid?

(Ehrenkreuz des Weltkriegs 1914/1918). An iron cross paty constructed of a bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse centre bears the dates “1914 1918” encompassed by an open top oak leaf wreath tied with a ribbon at the bottom, the reverse is plain, measuring 36.95 mm (w) x 41.50 mm (h), on a red, white and black triangular medal, very fine.
