What's a max bid?

(Jubiläumsabzeichen). A circular medal constructed of silvered bronze, the obverse bears two soldiers in Imperial uniforms loading a cannon, above is a plaque inscribed with “1848-98, below is a shield inscribed with the number “3”, bordered with a simulated twisted rope, the reverse is marked “GUSTAV DESCHLER ABZEICHEN FABRIK MÜNCHEN” and bears a vertical pinback, has a blue and white fringe around the perimeter of the medal, measuring 49.16 mm, missing the blue and white ribbon with gilt fringe, otherwise fine.
