What's a max bid?

Mounted as worn German style, comprising: Iron Cross Second Class 1914, magnetic; Third Reich, War Merit Cross Second Cl. with Swords, bronze; Brunswick, War Merit Cross 2nd Class, 1914; Hindenburg Cross with Swords, magnetic; Prussia, General Service Medal, silver; Third Reich, Army 25 Years Service Cross, magnetic, fire gilded, with oak-leaves (representing 40 Years Army Service) and Army device attached to ribbon (both fire gilded); Army 12 Years Service Medal, magnetic, with Army device attached to ribbon; Prussia, Kaiser Wilhelm Centenary Medal 1897; all awards in extremely fine condition. With tailor's label attached to reverse of the bar (Fr. Borchard, Hannover); with matching ribbon bar; and with cardboard box, that according to consignor this medal bar was found in (box is from Hannover, but has a different address than is on reverse on the medal bar).
