An extremely well-presented Imperial and Third Reich period non-combatant’s medal bar, featuring five decorations, consisting of a Merit Cross for War Aid, constructed of zink, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, the obverse bearing a central raised monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR KRIEGS-HILFSDIENST” (“FOR VOLUNTARY WAR AID”), unmarked, measuring 41.97 mm (w) x 41.73 mm (h); an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée, the obverse bearing central wreathed dates “1914-1918”, the reverse maker marked with the logo of Adolf Baumeister, Lüdenscheid, measuring 37.17 mm (w) x 41.15 mm (h); a Landwehr Long Service Medal, II Class, constructed of copper, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, the obverse bearing a central raised crown, circumscribed by an inscription of “TREUE DIENSTE RESERVE LANDWEHR” (“FAITHFUL SERVICE IN THE RESERVE LANDWEHR”), the reverse bearing an inscription of “LANDWEHR DIENSTAUSZEICHNUNG II. KLASSE” (“LANDWEHR LONG SERVICE MEDAL II. CLASS”), unmarked, measuring 30.05 mm in diameter; a Civil Service 40-Year Long Service Cross, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension with its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Pattée with its arms joined through the quadrants by an oak leaf wreath, the obverse bearing a black swastika, the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of “FÜR TREUE DIENSTE” (“FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE”), unmarked, measuring 41.28 mm (w) x 45.90 mm (h), and; a Kaiser Wilhelm I Centenary Medal, constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension, unmarked, measuring 39.08 mm in diameter; all affixed to a 150 mm-long bar with a magnetic metal core, red wool reverse liner, and horizontal pinback, unmarked but with all of the characteristics of Third Reich-era assembly, in extremely fine condition.
