What's a max bid?

A pair of Third Reich period medal ribbon bars, each with five decorations, with one bar featuring a 1914 Iron Cross, a War Merit Cross with Swords, an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, a NSDAP 10-Year Long Service Medal, and a Civil Service Long Service Medal, all set on a 75 mm-long magnetic metal bar with a horizontal pinback, in extremely fine condition, and; a bar featuring a 1914 Iron Cross with a 1939 Clasp to the Iron Cross, an Honour Cross of the World War 1914/1918, a Silesian Eagle, a Sudetenland Medal, and a Hungarian War Service Medal, all set on a 74 mm-long magnetic metal bar with a horizontal pinback, in near extremely fine condition.
