What's a max bid?

Naming is officially impressed; Memorial Plaque named: GEORGE BARCLAY, mounted in a large wooden shield, 15” by 11”, with ring on back for hanging on a wall. VF  Footnote: George Barclay was born on 4th June 1882 in Inverness, Scotland. He joined the CEF on 27th January 1916, having seen a previous 13 months service with Scottish Horse during the Boer War. He died of wounds on 5th June 1917 whilst serving with 5th Brigade, C.F.A.
