What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Naming is engraved in italic capitals on the EM, the KS is un-named as issued. Un-mounted, replacement ribbons, edge nicks and bruising on the EM, spotting on the KS, better than very fine. Footnote: 104 Boatman A. McDonald, Manitoba Contingent is listed on page 37 of the Roll of Recipients of the Egypt Medal 1882-1889 with The Nile 1884-85 clasp, as published by Spink & Son Limited of London and is acknowledged on the Library and Archives Canada website as having received the Egypt Medal and the Khedive's Star.
