What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

Footnote: Private (Gunner) John Cook, Welland Canal Field Battery is listed on page 274 of the "Canada General Service Medal Roll, 1866-70" by John Thyen. He served from March 1866 to June 1868 and is documented as having participated at the Battle of Fort Erie on June 2, 1866.
