What's a max bid?

Windsor Fire Brigade Queen Victoria Golden Jubilee Medal; Silvered bronze, illustrating a left-facing Queen Victoria, inscribed on the arms, clockwise from the left "BORN 1819 / CROWNED 1838 /MARRIED 1840 /JUBILEE 1887", 34 mm x 56.8 mm inclusive of its fire helmet suspension, the helmet inscribed "F.B.A WINDSOR / JUNE 23rd 1887", with a Croydon Town Hall Library Medal (silver, 16.5 mm) above, the Commemorative Medal with a clasp on the reverse, the Helmet hooked, the Croydon medal sewn in place, all on a slightly soiled deep red ribbon, gilt loss and residue in the recessed areas of the Commemorative Medal from cleaning, near extremely fine.
