In Gold, a superb oval insignia consisting of a superposed hospital insignia in Gold, on an enameled blue background, the suspension attached by three delicates chains also in Gold, with an enameled light blue bar bearing the letter's "F.H" (Freemason's Hospital), plain reverse, measuring 25.34 mm (w) x 59.60 mm (h - including bar suspension), impressed by Birmingham hallmark denoting 9kt Gold, hallmarks for 1909 and maker’s details of Spencer & Co., London, light contact, near mint; together with a hard-structure black case with corrugated surfaces, interior lid in elegant white silk with period maker’s firm of Spencer & Co., with blue cotton bed medal, measuring 87.76 mm (w) x 22.60 mm (h) x 58.28 mm (l), weighs 12.0 grams, functional push button, minor wearing surfaces, extremely fine condition.
