A Edward VII Territorial Decoration with Case
Edward VII. Silver gilt, maker marked "SG" (Sebastian Garrard), hallmarked with the British lion, a leopard's head (made in London) and date marked "i" (1904), 36 mm x 43.5 mm, original ribbon, hanger bearing oak leaves and acorns, with pinback, contact marks on the reverse, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, maker marked "GARRARD & Co. Ltd." on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, surface rust on the hinges, wear evident on the exterior, case very fine.
