A 1911 Service Medal of the Order of St. John; Fullsize and Miniature to Private James D. Saggers, St. John Ambulance Brigade : Fullsize: silver, (Pte JAMES D. SAGGERS. JULY. 1911.), 38.7 mm, replacement ribbon; and Miniature: silver, 17.5 mm, original ribbon with pinback. Naming is engraved, edge nicks and contact marks on the fullsize medal, the miniature is un-named, very fine and extremely fine, respectively.
