Service Medal of the Order of St. John with Five Year Service Clasp (silvered base metal, (C203 E. HOUISON. S.J.A.B. 1952), naming is engraved in capitals, 37.7 mm); St. John’s Ambulance Home Nursing Medallion (bronze gilt, engraved "A38078 EDITH HOUISON" and marked "REGISTERED AT St JOHNS GATE LONDON" on the reverse, 40 mm x 43.8 mm); and St. John’s Ambulance Home Nursing Medallion, Smaller Version (bronze gilt, engraved "38078 E HOUISON" and maker marked "SCULLY LTD" on the reverse, 26 mm x 29.2 mm). Gilt wear evident on the reverse of the smaller medallion, extremely fine. In a hardshelled case, pebbled exterior, St. John's cross in silver on the lid, case also extremely fine.
