A Scarce Victorian 71st York Volunteer Battalion Shoulder Belt Plate
Four-piece construction, pebbled circular plate inscribed "71" surrounded by an open-ended wreath of maple leaves, surmounted by a Victorian Crown, 72 mm x 93 mm, both lugs intact, circular back plate, spotting and green oxidation evident on the obverse, light contact, very fine.
