Bronze, un-named, obverse illustrating a robed winged woman, her left arm extended and holding a wreath of laurel leaves, a pedestal to her right, three soldiers with rifles lying on their stomachs, with other soldiers, along with a flag, a tent and a tree in the background, reverse inscribed "R.A.F. IRAQ RIFLE AND PISTOL ASSOCIATION" inside an open-ended wreath of laurel leaves, 51 mm, scattered green oxidation evident on the obverse, near extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, "ELKINGTON & Co Ltd MEDALLISTS" on the inside lid, recessed medal bed, lightly scuffed exterior, case better than very fine.
