Footnote: This programme was issued by the Maple Leaf Racing Club in Hilversum, Netherlands. Entitled "Programme of Racing Meet", with the First Canadian Army flag, and took place at Maple Leaf Stadium, Hilversum on June 23, 1945. The disclaimer on the front cover states "10% of the revenues go to the Dutch Red Cross, the balance to the Dutch National Relief Council."
