In GOLD, with convex glass covers on both sides, image of an angel placing a wreath on the bowing head of Britannia on the obverse, inscribed "HORATIO VISCOUNT NELSON, VICE-ADMIRAL AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF ON THE 21 OCTOBER MDCCCV., THE COMBINED FLEETS OF FRANCE AND SPAIN DEFEATED" inside a laurel and oakleaf wreath on the reverse, inscribed "CENTENARY OF THE BATTLE OF TRAFALGAR 1905" on the rim, 23.6 mm, ring suspension, near mint.
