Max bidding example:

If the current auction price is $100 dollars and you place a maximum bid of $120 dollars, the system will bid $101 dollars on your behalf.

Footnote: Arthur Neville Chamberlain, FRS (Fellowship of the Royal Society) (March 18, 1869 - November 9, 1940) was a British Conservative politician who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from May 1937 to May 1940. He is best known for his foreign policy of appeasement, and in particular for his signing of the Munich Agreement on September 30, 1938, conceding the German-speaking Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia to Germany. Following the German invasion of Poland on September 1, 1939, which marked the beginning of the Second World War, Chamberlain announced the declaration of war on Germany two days later and led Great Britain through the first eight months of the war until his resignation as Prime Minister on May 10, 1940.
