What's a max bid?

All bids are subject to a Buyer's Premium which is in addition to the placed successful bid. The following rate of Buyer's Premium will be added to the Hammer Price of each Lot that you purchase:

In silver gilt, maker marked "SG" (Sebastian Garrard), hallmarked with the British lion, marked with a leopard's head (made in London) and date marked "b" (1917) on the reverse, measuring 48.5 mm (w) x 63.5 mm (h), original ribbon, scattered gilt wear evident on the reverse, near extremely fine.
