What's a max bid?

Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee Medal 1897 - Bronze, chocolate brown finish, obverse illustrating a left-facing bust of Queen Victoria of 1897 surrounded by the inscription "VICTORIA ANNVM REGNI SEXAGESIMVM FELICITER CLAVDIT XX IVN-MDCCCXCVII", reverse with the left-facing bust of the young Queen in 1837, with leafing and the date "1837" at its base, inscribed "LONGI- / -TVDO / DIERVM / IN / DEXTERA / EIVS" to the left and "ET IN / SINISTRA /GLORIA" to the right, 55.7 mm, near mint. In its red hardshelled case of issue, lid stamped with the crown and "1837-1897." in gold, recessed blue velvet medal bed, exhibiting wear in the corners and scuffing overall, case better than fine.
