What's a max bid?

An 1887 Army Temperance Association; India Medal - One year award: .925 Silver but not hallmarked, weighing 21 grams, obverse illustrating an Indian woman standing, a jug on her head, another woman sitting to her left under the adjoining palm tree, inscribed "ARMY TEMPERANCE" at the left and "MEDAL. INDIA." at the right, reverse inscribed "WATCH AND BE SOBER" inside a beaded circle, surrounded by the inscription "ARMY TEMPERANCE ASSOCIATION 1897", 34.7 mm, original ribbon with two year award hanger inscribed "FIDELITY", with vertical pinback, contact marks, better than very fine.
