What's a max bid?

HAZARA 1891 (2254 Pte W. Barnett: 2d Bn. Sea. Highrs.). Naming is officially engraved in italic script. Dark patina, lacquered, original ribbon wrapped around a silver frame, with unique pop-out easel backer, the easel maker marked "BN" on the reverse, extremely fine. Footnote: William Barnett is confirmed for the India General Service, however it is noted that "Barrnet admits to pawning his medal and did not redeem it". He is also entitled to the 1899-1901 Queen's South Africa Medal
