BRASS RIVER 1895, BENIN 1897 (W.H. BUCKLER, PLBrs MTE., H.M.S. BARROSA.). Naming is officially impressed in large capitals. Dark patina, edge nicks, contact marks, replacement ribbon, very fine. Accompanied by two Medal Rolls for 340106 Plumber's Mate William H. Buckner (one confirms his award of the medal with the Brass River clasp while with HMS Barrosa in April 1896; the other confirms his award of the medal with the Brass River and Benin clasps while at HMS Vivid in June 1898).
